4. Payment & Pricing

ChatBot Builder offers paid plans including a single-bot activation and an unlimited access plan. All payments are one-time, non-recurring charges processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

Since you can fully preview and test your chatbot before purchasing, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing your chatbot from functioning as expected, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through your chatbot
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal data from end users without proper consent and disclosure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to configure your chatbot, including business information, FAQs, and uploaded assets. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

The Service, including its design, features, and code (excluding your content), is owned by ChatBot Builder and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatBot Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your chatbots will be deactivated and embed codes will stop functioning.
